As first responders, educators and leaders, and in working extensively with those of the younger generation, we have developed a diverse skill set to help organizations and individuals learn how to communicate and build trust to cultivate deeper relationships in both their professional and personal lives. We promise you will see results!
Plugged In started as a vision for wanting to do more and share our learning with others. Through both formal presentations as well as informal dialogue with others, we truly have seen a need to help others build relational intelligence, learn communication and feedback strategies and how to increase emotional intelligence and regulation to foster deeper connections with others.
As educators of all ages but especially experiences with young adults and coming from a fast-paced profession, we understand the importance of chunking information into bite-sized pieces, providing frequent and meaningful feedback and creating an engaging environment where information flows both ways. You will not be bored in our sessions!
We are FIRST RESPONDERS.
As first responders answering emergency 911 calls within the community, we have learned the importance of building trust, clear and concise communication, working under pressure and service above self.
We are EDUCATORS.
As educators we have learned to observe the knowledge, skills and abilities of others and provide constructive feedback to improve performance while fostering a growth mindset.
We are LEADERS.
As leaders we have learned to articulate a vision, have difficult conversations and to inspire and develop others to meet the mission of the team or organization.
We are FRIENDS.
As friends we have learned to actively listen, hold each other accountable, support one another and of course to laugh and have fun along the way!
